hi

2020-01-28 04:41:47 UTC

Hi!

2020-01-28 04:43:02 UTC

yo

2020-01-28 04:44:10 UTC

"Luckiest woman ever." Or, she somehow caused all three "accidents."

2020-01-28 04:45:24 UTC

oy vey

2020-01-28 04:45:35 UTC

All i know is that if I saw her on my boat I'd definitely get a sinking feeling

2020-01-28 04:45:48 UTC

Eyyy.

2020-01-28 04:46:38 UTC

if that's true, holy fuck

2020-01-28 04:47:42 UTC

current mortality estimates are 3% and disproportionately represented by those who are sick or frail/old

2020-01-28 04:47:59 UTC

PunishingDead, would you like to join us?

2020-01-28 04:48:15 UTC

yea just let me get my mic set up 🙂

2020-01-28 04:49:53 UTC

I just moved you so when you're ready to talk

2020-01-28 04:51:04 UTC

god I fucking hate the media

2020-01-28 04:52:37 UTC

and the way they handled the coronavirus craze

2020-01-28 04:54:16 UTC

huh

2020-01-28 04:54:33 UTC

i thought it was like super deadly

2020-01-28 04:55:07 UTC

That kind of transmission rate is definitely concerning.

2020-01-28 04:55:12 UTC

the mortality rate is 2.6% right now

2020-01-28 04:56:06 UTC

i guess it’s kinda like the flu??

2020-01-28 04:56:08 UTC

its not as bad as people are making it out to be

2020-01-28 04:56:24 UTC

for comparison SARS had 11% fatality rate

2020-01-28 04:56:52 UTC

o

2020-01-28 04:56:53 UTC

its part of the same family as the flu so its similar but with a slight variation in side effects

2020-01-28 04:57:10 UTC

as long as your a healthy young adult you should be fine

2020-01-28 04:57:15 UTC

well i guess that’s a little reassuring

2020-01-28 04:57:33 UTC

i live close to wear someone got it in the us from it

2020-01-28 04:57:52 UTC

they do suggest to wear a mask that has a rating of n95 +

2020-01-28 04:57:56 UTC

Prime that really depends. Mortality rates are not independent of the number of cases. If they are having that much trouble containing it, then that rate may increase.

2020-01-28 04:58:16 UTC

any hardware store should have them

2020-01-28 04:58:19 UTC

the problem is that by generating useless panic over stuff like this, they’re distracting and desensitising regarding real problem like climate change

2020-01-28 04:58:26 UTC
2020-01-28 04:58:26 UTC

Sorry that came out a bit late.

2020-01-28 04:58:52 UTC

it also depends on a persons age

2020-01-28 04:59:23 UTC

like how do you expect people to actually give a crap about climate change when there’s another apocalypse craze every single year in the news

2020-01-28 04:59:46 UTC

if you are elderly and have a bad immune system theres a higher chance it could be deadly and cause severe side effects

2020-01-28 05:00:11 UTC

I was just explaining to a friend out in Chicago that the utility of a respirator is going to be pretty low. If it makes you feel good to know you have a pack of them, go ahead but it probably won't be an issue.
