I honestly don't know much about the topic other than it's sad many victims feel they can't report rape and or are ashamed of it. Always good to report right away of course, or harassment in general, but yeah. But ofc getting legal action involved is necessary. Cops, etc. Idk much mostly reading what you're all saying.

Someone I speak has his life ruined because he was falsely accused. Its a stain on your reputation. And you need that for jobs and when people do background checks

Claim RAPE and suddenly the SWAT teams bang your door in.

Not to mention your life will be effectively RUINED.

People need to be proven innocent and it's a shame. Everything costs money too (usually) but yeah having ur reputation ruined is very sad to see happen especially if its not true and the person being accused knows it.
