I feel like the law should step in at some point and tell these social media platforms that things like harassment are not in the eye of the beholder and have very specific laws on what constitutes harassment, so they should stop banning users for harassment that isn't actually harassment.

I just watched a video where a Canadian author was hauled in front of a police inquisition for releasing an anti-Trudeau book around election time.
Guy managed to sneak a camera and mic into the room.
While yes that is true Scythe, Canadian laws like those surrounding "hate" speech make it even more difficult for the "average Joe" to say anything remotely demeaning within any realm or medium without being subjected to an inquisition.
Personally, this is why I love the US 1st Amendment.
