Why does body hurt?

Cause I tensed up (not again) when I sleep

I realized I've been doing that shit ton

But I can't even remember now

Ah, I tense up my jaw a lot at night so I kinda get ya.

But at least this week I didn't dream

My jaw is fine

It's my shoulders and back

Then the whole pain travels through the body

Plus my ankle still gets pain stabs sometimes from getting sprained a week back

Oh man, that doesn’t sound fun 😰

It isn't unbearable

But it's frequent

And I hate painkillers, so I don't like taking them much

Not even like Tylenol or ibuprofen?

I do take them, I just don't want to overdo it

I take paracetamol

Ah, yeah I get that.
