What we perceive as luck in business is simply someone making a good decision at a good time for business to grow

And that is strategy

for some businesses sure, I mean there are people who luck into it via inherited wealth, or just straight luck. but the VAST majority of successful businesses took a major amount of work and intelligent decision making
