topologically the island is an engineering nightmare
Mostly the western side.
There's already a rail system here, but it's no longer in use.
car preferred?
It extends up to Courtenay, which is about halfway up the island.
passing Shawnigan Lake?
Cars are possible, but in BC in general and this island in particular, they're making massive pushes towards green shit and public transportation, though they're not doing anything except adding bike lanes upon bike lanes, apparently forgetting that most people aren't going to want to bike to a different city.
It's a running joke here that our mayor continually adds bike lanes that people aren't using.
Because, in actuality, that's exactly what she's doing. It's not an exaggeration to say that our bike lanes are like a ghost town.
what's the island population?
cause I even saw a train yard
*Heavy breathing*
I started this 3 hours ago nearly
I now have 4 different docs with blocks of information on these fucking things
what things?
Gathering infographs and shit on weather patterns for the last 3 years prior to the first morel sightings and going through it by area
Plus general notes
for what purpose?
To hunt morels lolol
And now here we are
It'll probably begin in 2-3 weeks
i camped some people like an ass in dbd
and instead of being called a camper
the survivors started to fight
that was so entertaining
Taking a break from this shit for the day REEEEEE
what is morel?
Gourmet mushroom
We have a couple restaurants we already have in stone to sell to
Tomorrow I'll probably start looking for other possible ones and we'll call those when we have them fresh if there's any extra after the first 2
Feels kinda surreal to actually be starting this once and for all

This island alone has about 3% of the entire population of Canada.
bears can climb faster than they can run
Vancouver is about a 7 hour drive from here
Vancouver island, that is
Trapmaster Farunel, I thought you were in Canada?
no
lol
