And we're going tonight to get traditional food.

There are only two of us, so only a turkey breast or 1/2 turkey.

I don't eat the stuffing, so only a small bit.

Make a grand celebration of that day in remeberance of your Thnksgivings with your parents. I am sure that is what they would want you to do

I got organic fresh asparagus.

Well, we buried Mom on her Birthday.

Her homecoming.

She told me the day she died she wanted to go home to Jesus.

And she did.

Yup my Father in Law passed away one week shy of his 93 birthday

I'm happy my parents are together again.

They were married 72 years

Said he did not want to go on living like he was. He was mentaly alert and coul;d move about on his own without any aid like a walker

Really! That is fantastic that he didn't need a walking aid.

Was he really ill?

No he could get around really well but he was tired of always having to go to Doctors

Heart was failing

I get that.

I hate doctors.

Yep, heart gets weak at that age.

Me too I always say that when there is no longer any quality in life what is the point of quantity?

I told my wife if I get sick and not doing well to just drive me to the mountains and set me on a stump then drive away

I will die where my heart is the happiest

Oh, my goodness.

I don't know about on a stump

Okay put me on a pack mule and send me off into the wilderness

Ok, a little more comfortable than a stump

Warmer for sure

And have a blanket around your shoulders
