I got criticized and slapped down when I told someone not to post links in the Text channel.

Then I shut up for a long time.

And, there were a couple of people who made snide remarks to me.

That's what I do, too, but once in a while I comment.

It makes me crazy to see text in there.

that is the reason why it is called text for texts

Tattered did tell me at one time it was ok to tell people not to do that, but he also said that I could call a mod any time I needed.
