Their are laws in place when you work for the administration in the WH etc. that keep you from exposing info freely. When you have security clearance you have this agreement and understanding. By Schiff and Caramello exposing secret phone calls to the public doesn't constitute as a whistleblower, it makes you a spy! If it were possible to do this all the spies in past years would just claim whistleblowers amunity and be freed. Just like Dianne Feinstein can't hire a Chinese spy and call him a driver
