The Horowitz investigation deals with the internal workings of the FBI. If the spying on the

Trump campaign was done by someone outside the FBI, it'll be the purview of Durham.

The rumors are that the IG will find there was no such spying was done by the the FBI. MSM is spinning

this as a victory, but it's actually a victory for us, because A) Barr has already acknowledged

the spying occurred and B) if it's not addressed by the IG, then it's being investigated by Durham as

a criminal matter…

…which means in all likelihood it was the CIA or some other intelligence agency doing the spying,

leading straight to Brennan and Obama.

Brennan hired David S Cohen from the US Treasury Dept. whom specialized in money laundering as his 2nd in command in late 2015 and he left after POTUS transition early 2017 never to be heard from until he popped up in Game of Throne - see @C_A twitter - Shifty never mentioned him.
