@jpatrick777 I see them now, I missed them before (they are hidden in plain site). That looks like a cake shaped like the White House, she is ‘almost finished’ helping decorate the cake project, one more wreath to go. The chefs look like they might represent ‘bakers’ of the White House cake. Maybe suggesting the tie between Q and POTUS and Q & Melania, working together to finish the White House project (partially hidden as they work together). Interesting for sure. Nice catch!

Can any in the US inform me of what you have to pay up front medically and how much , having a bit of a debate with someone in the UK about it who thinks we pay less than the US do
by law emergency medical is treated first, then the bill discussion comes after.
and "required to pay" is an interesting question, i have been friends with someone who worked as a bill collector for a major hospital, and learned from them that those who do not pay the bill and simply blow it off, get no consequences, some harassing phone calls they have to ignore but that is it. they are still free to return to that hospital and get more treatment, increasing their debt they never intend to pay.
