FACEBOOK: if you have been reading my messages on FACEBOOK for several years, you have read that I have DISCUSSED the fact that the U S Constitution was DECLARED NULL AND VOID in 1938.
I believe that Nancy Pelosi believes this as well.
Notice that she made certain that in all of the "investigations" conducted in the IMPEACHMENT PROCESS ...... not one has been conducted like any of the previous impeachments .
Notice that . . . THERE WERE NO LAWS VIOLATED . . . by the President; he did not get a chance to argue the charges; etc.
If NANCY PELOSI . . . KNOWS . . . that the Constitution is void, SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF IT'S PROVISIONS!!!! She does not have to cite FACTS presented by witnesses . . . AT ALL!!!! She has used SUGGESTIONS, or OPINIONS!!!!!
So, we are forced to conclude that SHE KNOWS SHE HAS . . . ALL . . . POWER TO CONDUCT THE HEARINGS ANY WAY SHE WANTS TO!!!!!
(Please read ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 17 of the Constitution. "Congress has ALL POWER ...." which means they do not have to abide by the terms!!!!) (Especially since it is NULL AND VOID!!!!!)
