well we are like the same i am up about four am every morning i only ever needed six hours sleep a day as long as i can remember and i am seventy three now

but now @tattered flag i went to sleep at midnight last night and i was up at five am or a bit before that thismorning

I used to start work at 5 AM daily which meant that I had to be out of bed to get ready by 2-2:30. Did that routine for years and even now when I am retired I find it almost impossible to sleep beyond that point. You have a few years on me I am 68 years old now

well we are not at the age that we can't do things like i have to go today to a town about fifty miles from me leaving in a few i played of for the Charlottetown eight ball this is the capital of the island and i won that now i meet the winners of the other legion's on the island that won their place to play off for the island championship this year the winner goes to Alberta for the nationals last year i won it and went to New Brunswick so wish me some luck not too many win it two years in a row

thank you tattered and yes i have some good hand eye coordination i wone the pei snucker championship when i was only 17 years old that was my biggest surprise beating all those long time players that were good as well and wone the islane scating championship four times over my school years
