In 2004, Big Pharma spent about $57 billion on promoting their drugs to doctors & potential consumers.
Excluding direct-to-consumer advertising, a whopping 80% of the remaining promotional money was directed at physicians, with the remaining 20% of this figure going into pharmacists pockets.
With about 700,000 practicing physicians in the US in 2004 , we estimate that with a total expenditure of US$57.5 billion, the industry spent around US$61,000 in promotional money for every practicing physician in America.

@Everyone Rush Limbaugh reported today (Dec 6th) that during the week of Nov. 25th CNN hit a 3 year low in ratings! They have roughly 500K in viewers!
@Everyone
Excellent interview w/ Michelle Malkin! Soft spoken & knowledgeable Michelle lays it all out! Is your church supporting illegal immigration based on Biblical text? Undermining American sovereignty?
