if your screenshot is accurate about it being posted 6 hours ago., then it was posted only 1 hour before they hit midnight, so it seems their warning hours have passed already, it is currently 5am march 20th in singapore
cosmic interference in our electronics comes from solar radiation, cosmic rays are different and havent been shown to interfere with electronics as far as i am aware. perhaps they meant solar winds/radiation.
