Where did my back office link go?

Cannot open PSB Discord on computer.

It notes account already registered, beneath email field.

(I'm in on the phone, obviously😊)

make sure you have downloaded discord

if you have not already, then please download the discord program so you are not using it in your web browser. because the 'in browser' form of discord is known to cause issues.

if your having account duplication issues then make sure to watch closely when logging in that you are on the login page and not the account creation page. (they look alot alike)

@Muddy&Wolf the 'email already registered' message indicates you are using the create new account menu, and *not* the log in menu, they do look alike as these screenshots show

this is usualy only an issue when trying to log in to the website in the browser.

instead download the program and log in through that.
