@Bobby_Hill I'm planning on starting with my state which has a fgm law. It states that religious and cultural reasons are prohibited. On that language alone just to start I want to challenge the fact boys are not protected.

Too much skin was taken that the scar and scrotum connect. I get rips in the skin because of the tension. Each time a rip occurs it feels like a cut.
