It started for me about a year ago. Now it's just a constant dull ring

I've had it since I was a wee babby

I can tune it out most of the time, it gets worse when you think about it

Irl convos all of us just screaming what at each other

Years around jet engines and lots of shooting sports has taken its toll

I had the *reeeeeeeeeeee* since I was smol, but the odd times of shooting without protection like a dumbass made it worse sometimes.

Lesson learned: don’t shoot without hearing protection. You can’t unfuck your hearing after the fact.

And if you’re around really loud guns, there’s nothing wrong with earplugs and earmuffs.
