You know technically people don't need to let the government steal an hour of their sleep.
They could just laugh it off and tell their employees, "Forget these clowns, just come in the normal time."
Or maybe business-speak it up like, "In order to support the needs of our global workspaces, we will be expressing employee hours in UTC time (coordinated universal time), as a result, normal start and stop times for your shifts will not be changing for Daylight Saving Time (DST). For example, although the official clocks may say 9AM during the summer months, your shift will disregard the clock shift and begin at 10AM. Blah blah I'm a stuffed suit who loves jargon."
