The individuals that don't even comprise probably 5% of the whole group

2020-02-28 02:32:39 UTC

Stop this libertarian nonsense

2020-02-28 02:32:52 UTC

And that's why group think is shit

2020-02-28 02:33:02 UTC

🤣

2020-02-28 02:33:02 UTC

^ explain

2020-02-28 02:33:25 UTC

Incredulity is not an argument.

2020-02-28 02:33:32 UTC

Explain how you're not an individual

2020-02-28 02:34:00 UTC

Do you have no sense of self?

2020-02-28 02:34:14 UTC

Do mirrors confuse you?

2020-02-28 02:34:27 UTC

I'm still waiting for what the not all data is

2020-02-28 02:34:31 UTC

I don't get that comment

2020-02-28 02:34:34 UTC

this is a tangent again

2020-02-28 02:35:05 UTC

The fact that collective groups are made of individuals doesn't change any of the facts we've been discussing about IQ, behavior, or anything else...

2020-02-28 02:35:33 UTC

People are defined by many things. Primarily their genetics since that informes literally every other trait. But also their history and their ancestors history, their political tribe and economic tribe ect. You cannot simply ignore these because you want t be an "individual". These things are Unchanging and have a profound effect on every aspect of human life.

2020-02-28 02:36:05 UTC

Are you saying Black people are no better than monkies since some apes can pass the mirror test? Pretty spicy take dude...

2020-02-28 02:37:00 UTC

Explain that acrobatic leap of logic for me

2020-02-28 02:37:07 UTC

Once again, like your example of your Romanina cousin, this schtick about individuals is a red herring

2020-02-28 02:37:11 UTC

At what point did I mention blacks

2020-02-28 02:37:18 UTC

yes groups are made of individuals

2020-02-28 02:37:30 UTC

those individuals tend to have traits of the group they're from

2020-02-28 02:37:34 UTC

We are defined in part by the "historical narrative" of who we and "our people" are and how we got here. The black "historical narrative" is literally struggling for their lives agains "white skinned people". You will never change that narrative through reason. Its baked into who they are even if we discount race.

2020-02-28 02:38:06 UTC

Individuals do not nullify the group, and the specific does not invalidate the general

2020-02-28 02:38:23 UTC

Add race to the mix and they are more aggressive, emotional, violent, have lower impulse control and IQ. This is genetic and cant change.

2020-02-28 02:38:42 UTC

You will never win a debate with them because there is nothing to debate.

2020-02-28 02:38:43 UTC

You will find no perfectly "average" person of any group... that doesn't mean the average isn't a representation of the group as a whole.... and the tendencies of that group....

2020-02-28 02:39:29 UTC

If you want to argue NAXALT on all of these things you're completely missing the point....and you probably don't understand basic statistics

2020-02-28 02:40:12 UTC

13/50 is wrong because I met Thomas Sowell

2020-02-28 02:40:39 UTC

@Catboi the point is, you don't interact with groups you interact with individuals. That may be part of that group but for all you know they're the exception and treating anyone as less or more than you without a personal judgment on who they are as an individual is just a bad way of thinking

2020-02-28 02:41:14 UTC

We make judgement about people based on superficial things all the time, to pretend like you're above it is just moral grand standing.

2020-02-28 02:41:17 UTC

If whites are bad because they are guilty of slavery in the past then they will be guilty at ALL points in the future in perpetuity. And they dont give a damn about other races doing slavery because their concern is about THEIR OWN "historical narrative" not anthing logical.

2020-02-28 02:41:31 UTC

Yes, I don't treat some thugged out black guy the same way I'd talk to a black in a suit who drives a mercedes

2020-02-28 02:42:19 UTC

I'm aware NAXALT, but if it's late and some black guys in hoodies are following me down the street I don't think they're spreading the word of jesus either just because I can't judge them because I haven't met them as individuals

2020-02-28 02:42:29 UTC

@randomNPCno3 Wrong. You do interact with groups all the time. A person does not take on the form of an individual until you have personal empathy with them. And humans can only have empathy for about 200 people at a time.

2020-02-28 02:42:54 UTC

As I said before, this is autistic game playing to avoid the realities, and pretend like you're being more virtuous by "treating people as individuals"

2020-02-28 02:43:04 UTC

No one has time to stop and get to know people personally when they are going about their daily lives.

2020-02-28 02:43:20 UTC

That sounds like solipsism, which is postmodernist bs

2020-02-28 02:43:22 UTC

@Catboi well said

2020-02-28 02:43:44 UTC

<@!580935683082813443> how is it solipsism. Expand on that.

2020-02-28 02:44:04 UTC

I've already conceded there are excpetions, and that there is literally no "average" person

2020-02-28 02:44:09 UTC

it's a statistical construct
