anyone know for how long you can keep crepe/pancake dough before it goes to shit
would like to prep a lot of it
I normally do 2 or 3 eggs per portion then some dough, baking powder, pinch of salt and milk and mix it

or would it be more viable to instead make a load of crepes

and eat them over the course of like a week

but idk if they wouldn't dry out or get hard or something
