In the USA people don't recognize all 12 days of Christmas as much. If you say Merry Christmas after the New Year, they kind of get surprised
saying it after jan 1st is kinda wierd.

24 / 7 none stop digestion
it takes at least 8-12 hours after your last meal till you get into a fasted state. Which is why i usually set a 12 hour timer before the next day so i make sure i am in a fasted state
