Also look into something called C60 and do some research on finding a good magnesium supplement. I think a big part of depression is more physiological than mental.

I just woke up about a year ago and realized the whole world is collapsing, but my mood now is more stable than ever! Lol. Sarah Westall's channel has some great interviews about C60, I recommend one of her most recent ones. I think it was with Max Champie and that other red haired fella.

I actually just discovered Dustin's channel, I didn't know he mentioned C60. I just started taking a bunch of it. Like instinctually, my body just kept telling me to take more. I finished a 2 oz bottle the first week and I'm also finishing one this week
