i moved a year ago into the province over for work

cheaper living + affordable housing + better wage

makes sense

but when i did live in BC i was lucky enough to be living in our family owned condo, (1br 1 bath) @ 150K... that place has now been priced to 350K and that was 1h commute for me to DT vancouver where i worked
