Basically @Laurie, the idea is that humanity solved the time paradox based off the experience the main character had... Many ions into the future, then created the worm hole after we realized it was ourselves that saved humanity initially, not some chance or alien race

It's all giant self fulfilling prophecy with multiple smaller self fulfilling prophecies with it
