Hey. Pretty big to summarise, but it touches on all main topics of relationships. Hypergamy, feminism, manosphere, pills.

2020-01-17 20:02:35 UTC

MRAs is the smallest topic so far, because I don't really know much about them? They're a small minority for all I know.

2020-01-17 20:02:39 UTC

Activism is mostly online, right?

2020-01-17 20:02:56 UTC

And yeah, Q&A would be nice. I don't know if here or if someone in particular wants to do it via PM.

2020-01-17 20:05:53 UTC

@Nepene Would you be willing to do that?

2020-01-17 20:07:19 UTC

I would be sure

2020-01-17 20:07:53 UTC

We have a number of moderately influential orgs

2020-01-17 20:08:05 UTC

Mix of online and offline stuff

2020-01-17 20:08:33 UTC

<#588264766104010752> has some of the activist uk ones

2020-01-17 20:10:31 UTC

Fathers 4 justice is big here say. They dress up as superheroes in the uk and do public protests to change unfair custody laws that rip children from fathers

2020-01-17 20:10:42 UTC

They got some legal changes done

2020-01-17 20:20:48 UTC

Let’s have an interview sometime @Aleph

Glad to know there's a discord like this

Looking forward to getting to know you all and discussing the world both small and large.

2020-01-17 20:46:13 UTC

cool

2020-01-17 20:58:47 UTC

@Aleph hi aleph! I’m a lifelong MRA, very interested in helping you with your research

2020-01-17 21:02:48 UTC

@Aleph most activism is online, yes. For a long time, and still today, there is a very negative and hostile stigma against MRAs, so many feel afraid to speak out publicly. We would 100% argue that this perception is false and due to misunderstandings

2020-01-17 21:04:13 UTC

@Aleph I’m an MRA because objectively, the case for a male specific social justice movement seems very strong. Various laws and social standards which discriminate against and disfavor men

2020-01-17 21:35:46 UTC

Hey, @Psycho War Pup! Just approved you. :)

2020-01-17 21:36:29 UTC

Glad to have you if you are from r/mensrights!

Hello @machoroot !

2020-01-17 21:54:03 UTC

@Psycho War Pup I'm glad to hear that. 🙂 So are there any particular issues you are interested in?

2020-01-17 21:56:26 UTC

Hello brothers

2020-01-17 21:57:40 UTC

How are you doing Macho? 🙂

2020-01-17 22:04:38 UTC

I came to this server to meet like minded people. I'm glad its not just me who thinks men are systematically devalued and treated like dogs in this society. I grew up in the Caribbean but moved to America when I was finishing high school.

2020-01-17 22:07:45 UTC

Its incredibly hard to talk about this topic in the wild because most people have inherent hatred for men. Including men too

2020-01-17 22:09:41 UTC

@Men Are Human I'm looking to hear and discuss any and all topics. Obviously here for an environment where what men have to say is actually heard and not dismissed as "man-splaining".

I'm hoping that the majority of people here have seen The Red Pill (movie)?

2020-01-17 22:10:03 UTC

@Psycho War Pup I loved that documentary

2020-01-17 22:14:05 UTC

I brought it up as movie night with my ex, and as I pitched it, she immediately bounced back with "but men have all the right already". I just responded with a smile and a "let's just watch and see"

Her attitude took a right turn after the film.

2020-01-17 22:14:07 UTC

@Psycho War Pup yes. Its very enlightening.

2020-01-17 22:18:17 UTC

It should be common sense but we live gynocentric society so its overlooked. Feminist propaganda runs deep in Hollywood and the mainstream media so most people seems to think we are a priviliged class

2020-01-17 22:19:08 UTC

And unfortunately they're practically raised with that belief. Especially nowadays
