the engines are fucking reliable as all hell because they were, for all intensive purposes, de-tuned NSX engines (More so with the 2nd gen because the NSX didnt come out until the late 80's)

the only issue the 2nd gen had was like, a minor head gasket issue due to an EGR system that clogged up, but that part is pretty easy to delete
