Fallout New Vegas is a finished game

@Duke of Txtspeak make sure you get Enbhost as well as the 4gb patch, both improve stability. Enbhost does what 4gb does and allows for more memory basically, you don't even have to use an enb preset for it, just use a blank preset if you dont want an enb with it
