That kind of stuff is what's stopping me from doing Imperial Guard in 40K currently

And if I'm going to do IG they need proper camo for their uniforms and vehicles

I forgot how I did it, but I think the camo turned out good.

Also need to get around to doing some basing

Because fuck GW's vehicle kits, they're awful to build and expensive

logic goes their Rhino STC was corrupted beyond use, so they bought some "ancient technology" from the Dark Mechanicus

turns out the Pz.IV chassis is still pretty good when made out of M41 materials

Add some more fancy stuff

and that'll look right good

yeah they're still very much WIP

the vinyl tracks didn't last long with TT use

so now I'm looking at buying white metal tracks and just fucking up my wallet's shit

$50 a set

but ostketten will look fucking tasty on them

yeah that will be nice at the end. I have a Carnodon from fw as my only wip atm

I'm abysmally slow at painting so pretty much everything is on the backlog

really need to finish chopping up the second Jag into a Rhino and throw at least some base colours on them

going with the standard german grey since the whole army is blitzkrieg/urban themed Iron Warriors

I got a metal barrel and muzzle for the Pz.IV's long 75

got some of those in PaK 40 kits years ago and never looked back since

no seam lines, perfect machined precision, they're delicious

also stuck a meltagun on the turret pintle since I run it stock with just the A/C and a combi-melta for popping stuff up close

it's cheap and makes a good distraction/mobile cover while my Rhinos filled with angry get into position

I have a huge guard army thats mostly painted

I need to finish my kriegers off

and then finish my death army off

then finish repainting my ultramarines

cause all their unitmarkings are getting upgraded from HH company format to 40k company format

I'm trying to be disciplined
