>Easy to build
Does the plastic color work as a base color with thin coats over it, meaning you can skip a base coat? or is it just green so you can "More acceptably" play them unpainted

2018-10-21 05:48:18 UTC

It's a starter set I split with somebody so I only paid half and got what I actually wanted

2018-10-21 05:49:34 UTC

im not actually, seriously knocking you for using easy to build

2018-10-21 05:49:54 UTC

Also I'm think it's different colors in relation to the army

2018-10-21 05:50:03 UTC

Because I got Khorne stuff and they're red

2018-10-21 05:50:18 UTC

~~all the normal Primaris kits are essetially easy to build anyway~~

2018-10-21 05:50:44 UTC

what do you mean by in relation to army

2018-10-21 05:50:45 UTC

Also I had to say something because I legitimately got flak for using something from easy to build

2018-10-21 05:50:54 UTC

Like Khorne relates to red

2018-10-21 05:51:00 UTC

So the dudes come in red

2018-10-21 05:51:08 UTC

Nurgle green so the dudes are green

2018-10-21 05:51:16 UTC

and what does that have to do with easy to build, because there are no Easy to build Khorne kits

2018-10-21 05:53:08 UTC

I dunno man

2018-10-21 05:54:05 UTC

I know that the colors of the Nurgle plastic is Green cause deathguard

2018-10-21 05:54:15 UTC

and primaris are blue because of Ultramarines Boner

2018-10-21 05:54:46 UTC

Im just saying, does the coloration of the plastic allow you to forgo a green base coat for Deathguard?

2018-10-21 05:55:14 UTC

Oh that I honestly don't know

2018-10-21 05:55:26 UTC

I tried looking online and can't find anything

2018-10-21 05:55:30 UTC

I doubt it

2018-10-21 05:55:40 UTC

But next time I'm at my FLGS I'll ask

2018-10-21 05:56:31 UTC

Because the plastic itself feels the same

2018-10-21 05:56:44 UTC

I mean, yeah

2018-10-21 05:56:53 UTC

I guess it would be for just using them unpainted

2018-10-21 05:57:19 UTC

Easier to tell when unpainted maybe?

2018-10-21 05:57:35 UTC

If everything was grey it all looks the same at a distance

2018-10-21 05:57:56 UTC

But two different colors for different armies makes it easier

2018-10-22 04:26:25 UTC

>went with a friend to look at a 1987 Mitsubishi Starion for sale earlier
>he was hoping to trade his shitbox 1990 Integra for it
>turned out to actually be a 1987 Chrysler Conquest according to the title (same car so not an issue anyway)
>pop hood to check shit
>owner said it wouldn't idle and he didn't know why
>turns out it's just missing a fuck ton of vacuum hoses
>let off gas after starting and it immediately would stall and die
>nope.avi

2018-10-22 04:27:05 UTC

Replaced my shitbox MR2's throttle position sensor earlier and boom, no more high idle

2018-10-22 04:27:30 UTC

Went from idling at 1900 RPM to idling at the intended 800

2018-10-22 04:28:57 UTC

Lags when I floor it though, either it needs the throttle body cleaned or there's another sensor issue

2018-10-22 04:29:15 UTC

...or I could just turn the idle up a little bit to compensate

2018-10-22 05:00:04 UTC

It's generally a good idea to prime the easy-to-build minis

2018-10-22 05:00:42 UTC

I don't take my own advice because airbrush master race but even just a light haze will make the plastic grippy

2018-10-23 03:40:27 UTC

Should I build some storm guardians for the hell of it? ive got the guardians from wake the dead half built but I neve run guardians really anyway

2018-10-23 04:15:41 UTC

what craftworld?

2018-10-23 04:15:58 UTC

or are S.Guardians still just an Ulthwe thing?

2018-10-23 05:19:26 UTC

they can be used by anyone but are mostly viable with Ulthwe's rule

2018-10-23 05:21:25 UTC

which is glodal 6+ FNP
