skill cooldown by 18% if you're talkin about her tile buff

That's a good one to put on the HGs if the HG has a buffing skill

SVD still reduces cooldown on PPK by 15%

so the loss of WA's tile buff is pretty much covered by the DPS that this setup gives

this is the dream, and has WA hitting near 35k damage in 10s
