I hope Chapter 8's boss is weaker than Dreamer. Its not the stats its that she hits you *from across the map* whilst you get bogged down dealing with her minions or running towards her.
Best bet @Sadmin is to remove the cloaks from any Rifles you have in your echelon and to have a high-evade high-hp tank with a backup tank. Fuck shotguns, Dreamer goes right through all of the ones we have. WA2K, Empress and MG's are your best bet.
