Weed should be legal but not for under 18s

The emotional dampening effect it has makes children soft and unable to cope without it

So if there older and able to understand what the world is like without it

Then they are able to come back from it at will

Weed should be legal. Why? It's a surefire way for employers to weed out the weak.

It’s effects are useful just not to the underage

Thats why. If im the employer, I want somebody who can keep their shit together under stress without the need to take a hit. You can do that when you're off shift.

In adults it can cut a persons relaxation time down, it can also be a good way to break down barriers between colleagues
