I'm using my Instant Pot for the first time. 6 lb Turkey Breast in it now. https://recipes.instantpot.com/recipe/turkey-breast/
I hope its great. I will update.
Came out spectacular!!! 35 min in the pot and 5 min on each side in broiler. Gorgeous and juicy.
So I have a new 8 qt. Instant Pot Duo, and I experimented with three recipes that are normally time consuming, yet delicious...cheesecake, pinto beans, and collard greens. Here is the cheesecake recipe I used. Although I used a 7x2 springform pan, and 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbles, I followed it to the letter and it was fantastic!.... https://youtu.be/2qwhQZqbVn0
This is the pinto bean recipe I used. I wanted more than just beans and water and this did the trick! I will make them like this from now on! https://lifemadesimplebakes.com/no-soak-instant-pot-pinto-beans/
This is the collard green recipe that I used. Five minutes, yaβll (with 20 minutes natural pressure release). I used the 16 oz. prewashed bag greens. Super easy and omg delicious. This is my new go to recipe for eternity! It is that good! https://www.mysequinedlife.com/southern-instant-pot-collard-greens/
Tonight I made the brownie recipe above that @2pulo π― posted and they are delicious! The perfect combination of cake and fudge. Plus I was able to freeze part of them. Thank you!
