OK the second to the left column has the news feeds toward the bottom below the chat rooms
We have voice chat here going on nearly every day as well, usually in the Enlightening Conversation or Enlightening Talk with Tunes rooms

i would say you probably have to logout to get to the reset password prompt.
Yep @dinocacciola log out and there should be a password reset when you try to log back in
