I don't even do most of my grocery shopping due to mobility issues. This means I miss more than half of price reductions, anything not listed in the weekly store pamphlets basically. I don't know why stores don't list all that stuff there, but 60-70% isn't for some reason.
When I was on such a diet last I had about the same economy, but I was able to look for price resuctions 4-5 days a week.
