ok so look here's a major problem about Venezuela in this case

the Armed Forces are loyal to Maduro and his goons by different motives, even tho low rank personal and even some few high ranking officers are against him

motives are:
1-Cuban influence inside the armed forces
2-Iranian, Chinenese and Russian personal inside
3-They are well paid to don't make a stage against the goverment
4-The rebels who revealed against the system were imprisioned or killed
5-The balls of the Armed Forces of Venezuela are grabbed by the Cubans

also

6-Possible influence of Nicaraguan and Bolivian personal due to socialist ideals

it's more complicated than you guys may think, and if a civil war Breaks out it would be like the Biggest Civil War in Venezuela's History

i've seen about this

for example the most famous are the Tupamaros

they are leninist marxist that are loyal to the regime

and they even recieved training from the Army and also Equipment

they even have FN-FALs in their current inventory

the farc stands for the regime as well?

besides they are multiple Communist guerrilla groups in the different parts of the country
