how do you make alot of guilty people and where would they run to...

@buttonblob I look at it like 6 actually but yes 3 or a triangle on the bottom with a tip to the top where it meets handlers above. Who is holding their pants from above... a cloths line hung by who which was out of their reach.
In reality he can pull the plug when ever but minimizing damage and also not generally freaking out the population as much as they can... Has been a lot of the porpoise of this I think.
