that bridge has pedestrians on it also so that's probably where the photo was taken
yes
zoom in and you can see people on it. they would have been at a higher elevation than the buildings there
hard to say unless you know when each image was taken and what was docked there at the time

That photo wasn't taken very near MI6 which is further South. Also pretty sure there is scaffolding around Big Ben at the mo and it doesn't look like it in the photo, although bit too blurred to be sure.
Yep it's near opposite the London Eye (ferris wheel).
