@kreskin1 Most of the people who did not travel would not be taken to a facility for quarantine. Trump said they would be quarantined at home. I think the Chinese are pulling peeps out of their homes for different reasons than the virus tbh.

Bernie Sanders Boards the Wrong Private Jet …
Bernie Sanders is on the go all the time – which seems to have given him a momentary case of a campaign brain fart as he accidentally boarded the wrong jet.
The Democratic front-runner was spotted Saturday making his way off of a private Gulfstream between campaign stops in South Carolina and Massachusetts – the latter being where he held a rally at Boston Common ahead of Super Tuesday.
Fact is … the S.C. primary looks like it's gonna go to Joe Biden, as he's well ahead of everyone else in the latest polls. Looks like Bernie's cutting his losses and moving on.
As for this little mix-up here, it's kinda funny. Bernie's been flying all over the country for different campaign events – so the guy's definitely busy and has a preoccupied mind at the moment. Mistakes like this (getting on the wrong Gulfstream) are bound to happen.

Agreed @KARmA KATʑ Any quarantine would likely be an at home situation unless ones condition required the additional attention. As the article states and in my opinion, this is quite similar to what has been seen in the past. One thing that is not being reported is the demographics of those who are seriously sick and the dead. That would likely explain a lot and help to quell fears. As you might imagine, those who are elderly or who already have a respiratory distress are most at risk of the worst outcomes.
@kreskin1 I am a huge risk for this. Actually both me and my hubby. We are already prepared with supplies. And what helps is that we live far from a city. Constantly praying that this skips our household.
Absolutely! Being out and away from a city or others for that matter, puts you in the best scenario. Prayers for you and yours. 🙏

Roger Wicker, R-Miss., chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, released the following statement after the Senate passed H.R. 4998, the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019. Wicker introduced the Senate version of this bipartisan, bicameral legislation, which is intended to protect American communications networks from threats presented by foreign suppliers, such as Huawei and ZTE.
“Telecommunications equipment from certain foreign adversaries poses a significant threat to our national security, economic prosperity, and the future of U.S. leadership in advanced wireless technology,” Wicker said. “By establishing a ‘rip and replace’ program, this legislation will provide meaningful safeguards for our communications networks and more secure connections for Americans. I thank my colleagues on both sides of the aisle for coming together to help move this bill to the President’s desk.”

@2pulo 🍯 I didn't care for the end of it as she slams POTUS. I think if it's a danger he would have precautions to keep us safe.

If you take into account the high smoking rates in China combined with the heavy levels of smog in the large cities, this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone, IMO.
