today in Venezuela the Heat may increase
because Juan Guaidó is comming back to Venezuela and...
there's massive Mobilizations today due to this
i stay at home because of the recent events such as people getting shot and killed
epic
what in the Friking hell is this?
"Adviser of the National Security of the United States, John Bolton: "Part of the Problem in Venezuela is the heavy cuban presence, there's around 20.000-25.000 security officials according to public informations, this kind of thing that we find unacceptable"
I find John Bolton's very existence unacceptable.
Why?
i agree, he's the Warmonger of Irak but
at least he got Info of the Cubans inside the armed forces, wich i was talking about this for a loooong time
Here's an analogy: Socialism in a classroom.
A teacher decides to run a social experiment. Every student in the class will get the same grade. The scores will be pooled together, and everyone gets an average.
During the beginning of the year, things go OK. Everyone gets, lets say, a B-.
Already this causes problems. The students who didn't work very hard, who would regularly get D's, suddenly get B's. Wonderful. The hardworking students who usually get A's, are getting B's. Not so wonderful. But not terrible either.
The lazy students decide they can work even less. The smart kids will just take care of their grades.
The smart students still want good grades so they keep going.
by the middle of the semester everyone is getting Cs. This is still an improvement for the lazy students, its better than an F. But the hardworking students are frustrated and losing motivation. All this hard work and for what?
The collective grades of the class continue to drop until at the end of the semester, EVERYBODY FAILS.
see kids
Socialism doesn't work
Socialism becomes dominant ideology > people get free stuff > government raises taxes to pay for free stuff > people no longer need to work to sustain themselves > economy slows down > government can no longer pay for anything > *soviet anthem plays*
Mhm
Kk
Embassadors of Germany and The Netherlands arrived to the Simon Bolivar airport to wait for Guaido
*b-but that's not real socialism*
The Alfredo Sadel Plaza, Venezuela is currently waiting for Guaido's appearence
Venezuelan Parlament will Autorize the entry of Foreing Military Help if Guaidó get's arrested in his return to Venezuela
Venezuelans concentrate in various cities for wait the return of Guaidó
Venezuelans concentrating in the Maiquetía Airport
Guaidó finally arrived to Venezuela
CONFIRMED he arrived
Hmm...
I understand there *might* be *some* upsides to US interference in other places (John Bolton), but generally speaking it has proven to be disastrous. The global trust in US institutions in general has plummeted in the last decades. Wiping out countries for muh democracy, just to grab resources and extend influence...
Not sure if worth the risk.
Well that's true
