But you dont talk about the species without knowing it exist however

2019-02-24 20:43:21 UTC

We talk about God however

2019-02-24 20:43:32 UTC

God is a "construct"

2019-02-24 20:43:32 UTC

You know, like acting like you deserve respect even though you disagree with me.

2019-02-24 20:43:51 UTC

You act like it. I act like it. We get along civilly even when we argue.

2019-02-24 20:44:31 UTC

right @Xychotic that's why it's called faith. Not even the most vehement of catholics will tell you with 100 percent certainty that god is undeniably real. They will tell you, however, they have 100 percent faith that god is real. Key word being *faith*.

2019-02-24 20:44:33 UTC

Or, if not respect, at least courtesy and decorum.

2019-02-24 20:44:35 UTC

That's the thing that makes men great.

I cannot see another act of humility, when two men fight, and the winner helps the loser.

2019-02-24 20:44:46 UTC

That's just great.

2019-02-24 20:45:11 UTC

Talking about God is like talking about flying spaghetti monster. Have we seen it? No. Does it exist? By the same logic, it could

2019-02-24 20:45:29 UTC

yes but saying god doesn't exist is the same thing

2019-02-24 20:45:32 UTC

it might, it might not. Whatever works for you

2019-02-24 20:45:34 UTC

@Kaiser Dion Napoleon Hey, i'm a spaguetti monster believer. YOU'RE right.

2019-02-24 20:45:40 UTC

@BigTyrone god is a possibility not a construct whether it's 2000 years in the future or the dawn of the first man, everything must be either by chance or purposed, both are valid as lines of inquiry

2019-02-24 20:45:52 UTC

Have you seen the human nervous system?

2019-02-24 20:45:56 UTC

The church of the flying spaghetti monster welcomes you

2019-02-24 20:46:03 UTC

We are all flying (well, walking) spaghetti monsters.

2019-02-24 20:46:04 UTC

Well god was made up *probably*, i should say religion is a construct

2019-02-24 20:46:12 UTC

Agreed @Kaiser Dion Napoleon , hence faith comes about. I have faith that i'll live to see tomorrow. No evidence suggest that I will, but i have faith that I will

2019-02-24 20:46:24 UTC

There's nothing wrong with constructs. You can measure their validity by the results they create.

2019-02-24 20:46:24 UTC

@BigTyrone I agree religion is a construct

2019-02-24 20:46:34 UTC

@Xychotic Yes, angiography.

2019-02-24 20:46:36 UTC

@Xychotic good point

2019-02-24 20:46:58 UTC

Christianity lead to the greatest growth of wealth and advancement of technology has ever known.

2019-02-24 20:47:06 UTC

Islam named some stars and throws acid in peoples faces.

2019-02-24 20:47:12 UTC

So who wants the join the church of the flying spaghetti monster?

2019-02-24 20:47:27 UTC

It's not dead, it's just weakened because no one sticks up for it.

2019-02-24 20:47:31 UTC

Religion was just an idea made by men who felt alone in the universe, and couldn't explain thunders.

2019-02-24 20:47:44 UTC

How backwards is it when a devout atheist is the only one sticking up for christianity!?

2019-02-24 20:48:02 UTC

yeah it always ends up that way

2019-02-24 20:48:10 UTC

i wonder why im doing it lol

2019-02-24 20:48:19 UTC

Because it works.

2019-02-24 20:48:30 UTC

The way nature works seems far to perfect to just snuff out the idea of god though. Look at an atom for example, it's literally just empty space. We should fall through an atom by that logic. But the electrons spin so fast that it acts as a solid. On top of that, the atom also holds charge and properties of reaction unseen anywhere else in nature. That to me seems far to grand of a creation to explain as a mere "happy accident" @Deadly Shells

2019-02-24 20:48:32 UTC

But the only definition you have of works is the subjugation of cunts.

2019-02-24 20:48:53 UTC

The Human Condition of Cosmic Abandonment. Just like blacks in America who have no culture, humanity doesn't know its true origins.

2019-02-24 20:49:02 UTC

it restricts womens rights, that's great. But it has a whole lot of negatives as well

2019-02-24 20:49:41 UTC

@Head Scribe Drayanor The thing you missed is that, while there is not a physical particle occupying the space of the atom, there are significant energy fields that interact with others in such a way that their space is largely inviolate.

2019-02-24 20:49:44 UTC

We as humans created discord, computers, flying machines, and now AI. Who's to say that the world couldn't be a product of ingenious and unparalled blueprinting from a higher knowledge.

2019-02-24 20:49:57 UTC

Islam doesnt even guarantees restriction of women's rights, along with a lot of negatives, so fuck that

2019-02-24 20:50:24 UTC

Men reaching tipping point.

2019-02-24 20:50:34 UTC

See that? That's "put your solution on the table so I can pick it apart"
