Yeah, that's a garbage rule that I forget whenever I'm back in CA.

They tell me about it and I stop and look at them like they just sprouted a cock out of their foreheads and it's talking to me about having to pay for bags.

When I was in PA, I had to get used to the plastic bags again because they just handed them out willynilly.

Double bagging shit that didn't need two bags. Enthusiastically putting one or two items in a bag that could probably carry my entire groceries load single bagged.

I usually keep grocery bags for the small garbage cans and for cat litter.

Occasionally for ash from the grill or smoker.

But I tend to prefer to use a proper garbage bag because grocery bags tend to have little holes in the seam.
