Every therapy regimen I've ever taken part in was a feelings based approach. I have feelings but I'm not ruled by them like with women and children. And talking about shit doesn't work nearly as well as actually doing something about the problem. Taking action.

Psychologists administer therapy but they're higher up on the hierarchy than a basic therapist. Ah lucky you. I'm too broke for that. There are no psychologists that accept my welfare insurance in my area.
