Boxing would be the simplest to pick up

Just need some gloves and a punching bag.

You would benefit significantly from an actual coach.

One of the biggest benefits is that you can box fairly easily in normal clothing.

You can't really do muay thai is a suit after work.

And the defensive discipline is most practical in the most common fight encounters.

The problem i see with boxing is the discipline seems to be more disrespectful conpared to other martial arts
