Yeah, maybe since I'm trying to become a dealership trch. I know I'll deal with them as customers which is fine, and if I interact with the sales department. But most of the time people ignore the techs.

@ToastMcGhost I've heard that but sometimes it's beneficial to talk in person to the customer and leave your business card so you can be asked for in the future. I've been watching all sorts of youtube videos on the subject to give me a leg up for when i get there.
