I just try to not eat any starches, sugars, grains and limit fruit/dairy.
Well I can say for sure that sugary drinks aren't good for you period.

@EmptyEagle I personally react poorly on them so I prefer to eat veggies/animals.
Well grain has been eaten for a long time, so it must not be bad for you. But we are omnivores so going to any extreme in one food type doesn't seem smart to me.
My family thinks I'm weird for liking plain white sticky rice. Rice without any sauce or seasoning taste great to me.
