If you put it a bit more in prespective, it might upset the women even more, but the guys at least are more likely to understand you. Because of the women they might ignore you, but internally at least they might agree enough with you to not bother you.

as a college student i advice those in school - if you learn nothing from there (i recommend to not fill your head with gibberish) all you need from your school years is to shape yourself in reagards of what you want to become. The moment you leave school or move, girls are abundant so dont worry about that.

Of course if you are going to bother making points, make them short and hard statistics. They will turn off their brains after a few sentences too much so don't ramble.

my personal experience, i found that girls that have lots of goals and are active in trying to achieve them won't mess around with birth control, so if you want to lower your chances of knocking some random one up, i'd say shit test her for what she's got going on in life
