Here’s what tfm said, in order to have a spciety where losers can’t run rampid which is allowed by the welfare state we need to have a rule in which only net tax payers vote and becoming net taxpayer is accessable, the method tfm employed in his video was to make it that you can reduce how@much the government spends on you through government services until whatever taxes you pay make you a net tax payer, opt out of welfare pretty much but if@you need it@it is their (I personally believe a spciety can’t succeed with a welfare system and the only good one is none) but so long as you have to contribute to the society to vote the the government can’t just buy votes increasing welfare for all the losers, because of net taxpayers vote and losers dont then they wouldn’t be able to do@that, instead political parties would have to sell their policies to the voters because they are basically paying for it
