I hate the (((owner))) so much, he makes work hell for employees

why do mama make you work there

bc im not getting enough hours at liquor store

i only just got the job

ive worked 3 shifts so far

why arent they giving you hours

too many workers i presume

or inexperience

too many workers

i still suck but im reliable

5 hours at mcdonalds is mentally exhusting whereas at my other job its a walk in the park

mcdornalds aint shit tho buah

wedding catering is a whole new hell

mcdonalds work isnt hard its just the mental strain it puts on you

you feel like garbage if you work there

imagine starting at 11pm and going all the way to 2am

what entails is as followsd

holy shit

set-up: moving heavy shit non stop

easy

15 hr shift

then comes the next phase

serving the patrons

I used to do that when I worked at a restaurant

you put on a nice vest and fancy uniform and walk around handing people little fancy snacks not too hard either

Only event days or when we catered

step 3

go inside where a band is playing music very loud and also blasting it thru speakers

200 drunk people

you have to serve all of them

do that for 6-8 more hours

then clean up and break down for 2 hours

during that entire time

I take 0 breaks

constantly on my feet

I worked at a yacht club doing that shit every Tuesday and Friday cause those were big days. Other days were shorter and slower
